Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from delivery date.
Items must be unused, unopened, in original condition for approval.
Final Sale Exclusion: Customized designs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return Shipping

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped incorrect or defective items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

1. Email support@cocodiy.click with your order number to start a return request.
2. After we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged Goods

If your items arrive damaged, please send clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement or partial refund.
